BioDynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System BBTRS

Choose the path that feels right for you

Each package is designed to meet different needs:

  • 3 sessions — ongoing support / emotional hygiene
  • 7 sessions — deeper therapeutic work / transformation
  • 1 session — exploration / a sense of fit

3-session journey — Emotional hygiene

This approach is suitable if you already have some experience with breathwork and are familiar with how it supports your nervous system and overall balance. Three sessions create a space where you can consciously move through:

• the level of the mind — noticing and guiding attention, allowing the mind to rest
• the level of emotions — allowing movement and expression
• the level of the body — deeper integration, presence, and connection

This is not a therapeutic process, but rather a way to support ongoing balance and stay in contact with yourself (emotional and mental hygiene).

375€

Recommended rhythm is once a week or every two weeks.

7-session deep process + integration

This is a therapeutic approach focused on deeper nervous system regulation, the release of stored tension in the body, and working with trauma-related responses.

Here, we do not work only on the level of experience, but move through a structured process where the body can gradually open, step by step.

The process includes:

• 7 consecutive sessions
• moving through different areas of tension in the body
• 9 sessions in total – the first online (mapping the journey), the second online (summary and integration).

Breathwork also supports other therapeutic approaches —
especially those that work “top-down” (thinking, analysis, understanding). These approaches do not compete, but complement each other.

Recommended rhythm is once a week or every two weeks.

It is based on consistency.

What is Biodynamic Breathwork (BBTRS)?

Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System (BBTRS) is a body-based, somatic approach that supports the release of accumulated tension, emotions, and trauma patterns stored in the body.

It brings together:

  • breath
  • movement
  • touch
  • sound and emotional expression
  • conscious presence

At the heart of this work is not only understanding, but experiencing — directly in the body.

BBTRS is inspired by the work of Wilhelm Reich and Peter Levine, exploring how experiences are held in the body and how they can gently and safely be released.

How does BBTRS work?

BBTRS is based on the understanding that stress and trauma are not only held in the mind — they are also carried in the body.

Breathwork activates the nervous system and opens access to places that talking alone cannot reach.

During a session:

  • deep, connected breathing begins to open areas of tension in the body
  • bodywork and movement support the natural release of this tension
  • sound and emotional expression allow the process to unfold
  • integration creates space for settling, regulation, and balance

See on protsess, kus keha saab teha seda, mida ta on võib-olla pikalt edasi lükanud.

Why is this work important?

Many of us live in a constant state of tension, often without being aware of it. The body adapts. It holds. It accumulates.

Over time, this can begin to show up as:

  • anxiety and inner restlessness
  • emotional overwhelm
  • fatigue
  • tension in the body

BBTRS offers a space to:

  • reconnect with your body
  • allow emotions to move and release
  • gently shift recurring patterns
  • experience a greater sense of vitality and clarity

Which conditions can BBTRS support?

BBTRS may support you if you are experiencing:

  • chronic stress or/and anxiety
  • depression or/and low levels of energy
  • PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder)
  • chronic fatigue or/and insomnia
  • physical tension and muscular pain
  • trauma-related behavior patterns or/and reactions.

It may also be supportive if you wish to:

  • deepen your connection with your body
  • improve the quality of your relationships
  • reconnect with your sense of vitality

Is BBTRS safe?

In most cases, BBTRS is a safe and supportive approach for those who wish to explore their inner balance and well-being.

However, there are situations where this method may not be appropriate.

When is BBTRS not recommended?

BBTRS is not recommended in the following cases:

  • acute heart disease
  • pregnancy (first trimester or higher risk pregnancy)
  • age under 16 years
  • high blood pressure
  • epilepsy
  • severe psychiatric disorders (e.g. schizophrenia)
  • recent surgery or trauma

Before beginning a session, it is important to share your health condition with your practitioner to ensure that this approach is suitable and safe for you.

Before the session

  • wear comfortable clothing that allows your body to move freely
  • if you are unwell or deeply fatigued, it is best to postpone your session

Recommended approach

For deeper and more lasting results, a consistent process is recommended, with sessions taking place regularly (for example, once a week).

Testimonials

Liina

The feeling was somehow more serious, or more correctly, more grounded, after each session. The session itself was powerful and liberating. I felt whole, the energy flowed smoothly and I connected with myself. The level of awareness became sharper. I am so grateful to You that our paths crossed in Turkey and we have continued to stay in touch. Your transformation has also been very powerful and I am so grateful to have been a part of it ... and what You have given me is wonderful ... This whole breathing session is like peeling an onion, layer by layer moving towards my essence. The way you create space and are present is so beautiful and safe ... thank you, thank you, thank you!

I was introduced to Bodhana Regina on a yoga and silence retreat in Turkey in 2019. I have had the honour and pleasure to be part of her amazing journey. It is wonderful to witness the commitment, presence and respect with which Bodhana Regina touches the physical body and pampers the soul. The space created is so safe and nurtured. The touch of her hands is simply to be experienced.

Thank you wonderful and magical soul! ✨✨✨
