There are moments
when we lose connection
with ourselves
Not because we don’t know…
but because
the body does not feel safe.
If this feels familiar to you,
you are not alone.
Back to the body
Back home. Your guide.
If you have felt at times that you have drifted away from yourself —
not because you don’t know, but because
your body does not feel safe —
then this path may already be familiar to you.
A FREEr version of you. A BRAVEr you. A more CONFIDENT you. A more PLAYFUL you. A more CURIOUS you. A more OPEN you.
These are not goals to achieve.
They are states that can emerge
when the body no longer needs to hold on
to what was once necessary.
Recognition
There are moments when the body begins to signal quietly.
At first, gently.
Then more clearly.
Tension that doesn’t go away.
Fatigue that rest does not resolve.
Headaches or migraines without a clear cause.
A sense of being “stuck in the head,”
while longing for something more.
You may understand a lot. Read, learn, analyse.
But the body does not follow logic.
And at some point, it becomes clear —
this is not a lack of awareness.
It is a lack of connection.
My path
My body was speaking to me long before
I learned how to listen.
Headaches and migraines were signals I could no longer ignore.
The tension in my body kept growing,
even when everything on the outside seemed to be working.
I knew a lot.
But that knowing did not carry me.
Only through my first somatic experiences did I understand something
that cannot be learned through the mind alone.
The body does not need fixing.
The body needs safety to open.
In those experiences, something emerged that I had never felt before —
expansion, lightness, and freedom.
From that moment, this was no longer just an interest.
It became a path.
Today, somatic bodywork, nervous system regulation,
and conscious touch are both my work and my daily practice.
What does this mean for you?
My work is not to fix you.
My work is to support you in restoring connection with your body —
so that you no longer have to live only through the mind,
but can begin to experience life through the body.
I create a space where the nervous system can slow down and settle.
Where the body can begin to speak at its own pace.
And where you can learn to listen.
Somatic bodywork is not only relaxation.
It is conscious work with the body, where change does not come through effort,
but through safety.
Often, tension in the body is not the problem.
It is a solution the body once created
to protect you.
And when the body feels safe, it no longer needs to hold on.
My role
I am not here to take you somewhere.
I am here to create a space where you can return.
.
Back to your body.
Back to your sensitivity.
Back to yourself.
You could say I am a guide —
supporting you in finding your way back home, not through force, but through listening.
My strength lies in creating a grounded, held, and safe space
where even deeper layers can emerge and be released.
Invitation
If you feel ready to create a different relationship with your body —
not based on control, but on cooperation —
this path may support you.
You don’t need to know where to begin.
A willingness to listen is enough.
My background and training
My work is not based only on personal experience.
It has been shaped over the years through various trainings, practices, and deep self-inquiry.
I have studied and practiced somatic bodywork, nervous system regulation,
trauma-informed approaches, and conscious touch
with different teachers and schools.
My approach is not based on a single method.
It is an integration —
a holistic understanding of body, mind, and emotional experience.
Teachers who have influenced me most
My path has been shaped by people
whose work goes beyond technique — they teach
presence, integrity and connection.
Through them, I have learned to see a human being not as a problem to be solved, mida lahendada,
but as a system seeking balance.
What I carry into my work is not only learned methods,
but embodied wisdom that has taken root through these teachings.
